MyRentalUnits.com is currently interviewing for MRU Forum Moderators. Are you a property manager with 10 or more years of experience in residential property management? Or an attorney with 5 or more years of experience providing counsel to property owners and managers? Would you like to share your expertise and be identified as an expert in your industry?
The MRU Property Management Forum is all about the property management. Our selection process will place a high value on a potential moderators knowledge of the law, experience, and reputation.
While the Forum is about developing community and sharing ideas, it is also about getting the best advice possible to our Forum Members and Readers. Unlike other forums where anyone can be an “expert”, the MRU forum is about best practices and best information and best advice. If you pride yourself on adhering to the letter of the law and doing things by the book, please share your expertise! You’ll be among a select group of Industry leaders, helping mold industry standards by sharing your perspective and point of view on important industry issues.
Moderators must commit to checking the forum 5 days per week and to responding to up to 5 questions or thread discussions per day. While at the beginning we do not anticipate the commitment will be more than a few minutes per day, we hope this grows quickly.
Moderators will be identified on the MRU web site, as well as the MRU Property Management Forum. In addition, Moderators will receive a 20% discount on all MRU advertising opportunities.
